Annual General Meeting
In this meeting, it is intended that elections for Chairman, Vice Chairman , Secretary and Treasurer will be held . Invitations will also be given to any of our audience to become a Committee member, or for any of our regular attendees to volunteer to be a helper on a Friday morning or at an evening event
Doors open at 7.15 pm for a 7.30 pm start.
Attending the AGM is free of charge.
